This cents per litre offer (Offer) is available only to AIR MILES collectors (Collectors) who have linked an eligible Bank of Montreal (BMO) issued non-AIR MILES credit card or BMO debit card with their AIR MILES collector number (Collector Number) for the first time. This Offer is exclusive to BMO personal banking credit and debit cards, as well as the Small Business credit cards, including Credit Line for Business Mastercard (each an eligible BMO Card). BMO corporate and commercial credit and debit cards, business banking debit cards, USD credit cards, and Prepaid credit cards do not qualify for this Offer To qualify for the Offer, you must visit bmo.com/Shell and follow the steps to manually link a BMO Card for the first time to a Collector Number between 00:00:01 A.M. EST on May 6, 2025, and 23:59:59 P.M. EST on June 30, 2025. The eligible AIR MILES collector number must be valid at the time of the purchase transaction. Please allow up to five (5) business days for your BMO Card to be linked to your Collector Number and for the Offer benefit to be available at the pump. This Offer is applicable to all fuel grades. Eligible Collectors will get $0.10 off the price per litre on their first two (2) fill-ups made at participating Shell locations (excluding Shell Flying J locations) between the time their BMO Card was linked to their Collector Number and 23:59:59 P.M. EST on December 31, 2025, up to a maximum of 100 litres per transaction. To receive the $0.10 per litre savings at the pump or in-store, you must swipe your eligible AIR MILES collector card (Collector Card) or enter your Collector Number at the time of the purchase transaction and payment must be completed using your BMO Card linked to your eligible Collector Number. To receive the $0.10 per litre savings when you pay in the Shell App, you must have your Collector Number linked to your account in the Shell App at time of the purchase transaction and payment must be completed with the BMO Card linked to the eligible Collector Number that are loaded in the Shell App. Limit of one (1) Offer per Collector Number. Offer is valid until February 28, 2027 at Participating Shell Locations for current members of the Canadian Automobile Association (“CAA®**”). The Offer provides a discount of 3 cents per litre when a qualified customer purchases any grade of Shell fuel (the “Discount”). The Discount shall apply to a maximum purchase of 1,000 litres per calendar month per CAA membership number. The Offer also provides a 10% discount on car wash purchases by a qualified customer for personal use; and a 10% discount on convenience retail purchases made by a qualified customer for personal use, not including any tobacco products, lottery tickets, alcoholic beverages, gift cards, prepaid credit cards, phone cards, all printed materials or documents (including newspapers, magazines, books, maps, flyers, guides and all other written publications or documents), all items, goods, rights or services sold that are produced by, sold on behalf of, or otherwise obtained from any governments, regulatory bodies, governmental agencies or Crown corporations, including all postage and stamps, permits or licenses (including fishing, hunting, sporting or camping), and transportation tickets or fares (including ferries, bus or train), any other goods or services specified from time to time or as excluded by law, and any products ordered on-line and delivered via a third-party delivery service (collectively the Discount and the applicable offers, referred to as the “Offer”).
